5 Layers of Protection

The Roof Guardian™ features a state-of-the-art five-layered grease filtration system, including a dedicated bottom layer for fire prevention, ensuring your roof remains safe and grease-free. Our replacement filters are available in all sizes to fit any brand of roof-mounted ventilator grease containment systems. Compatible with any Grease Guard® Roof Defense System®, the Roof Guardian™ filters come with a manufacturer warranty when used as replacements. Custom sizes are available upon request.   • The porous top layer filter helps grease disperse evenly to the lower filter levels
  • 2nd layer of hydrophobic material catches and absorbs grease yet allows water through
  • The 3rd, plastic back, absorbent layer adds extra rooftop protection
  • The 4th layer, the same material as the top layer, keeps grease-saturated filters off the roof
  • The 5th layer of protection is a fire barrier for continuous temperatures of 1000 degrees

Lane Guard Replacement Filter

The Lane Guard™ Replacement Filter is designed for use with the Lane Guard™ pavement protection system, a low-profile ground mounting solution that traps and contains grease spills. This hydrophobic absorbent center can hold up to five gallons of petroleum and fat-based liquids, helping you comply with environmental regulations and EPA clean water mandates, which can prevent fines ranging from $10K to $15K (per reg. 16743 EPA).
