Grease Away™ is a biodegradable grease emulsifier specifically designed to neutralize, break down, and dissolve fat-based greases and oils left on restaurant rooftops from ventilation discharge, as well as grease spills in dumpster enclosure areas.

After installing a Grease Gutter™ rooftop grease protection system to contain grease discharge from your ventilator, simply sprinkle the fine white granular beads on the grease-saturated surfaces. Within a week, the harmless by-product of grease can be easily rinsed away by hose or the next rainfall. It’s that simple!

Curb Deflector

The Omni Containment Systems Curb Deflector is designed to mount below the rooftop kitchen exhaust fan base, between the exhaust fan and the grease containment unit. Its primary function is to deflect grease away from the exhaust fan curb and onto the filter media of a Grease Gutter or Roof Guardian grease containment system. This prevents grease from running down the fan curb and bypassing the grease containment unit, ultimately avoiding costly exhaust fan curb rebuilds by intercepting and diverting grease discharge.
